Virtual Assistant - The Series: Become A Highly Successful, Sought After VA Review
Authors: Diana Ennen and Kelly Poelker

Although established VAs can gain some insight and tips from this book, it is aimed toward aspiring Virtual Assistants. Virtual Assistant -The Series covers just about any topic you can think of when contemplating the idea of becoming a
Virtual Assistant.
Virtual Assistant - The Series covers topics such as:
• What is a Virtual Assistant (VA)
• Skills Required to Be a VA
• Training and Certification
• What services you can offer
• What Business Entity to Set up and Licensing
• Creating A Business and Financial Plan
• Marketing and Market Research
• What equipment and software you will need
• Determining Your Rates
• Setting up a Website
• Bookkeeping, Billing, and Collecting Payment and so much more...
This book really emphasizes the need for creating and having a business plan, even if you are an established Virtual Assistant. It also discusses
some specialty services you could offer as a VA. What I really appreciated from this book is that you have real life examples of successful
Virtual Assistants sharing with you their experiences, pitfalls, and other things that have helped them become successful. You can look in on
their life as a VA, so to speak, and see how they run their Virtual Assistance Business from day to day.
There were some goodies included at the end of the e-book such as: a sample marketing letter, contracts, and agreements.
What I would have liked to have seen included in this book is more resources. It does contain some resources, but there was room for more. Also,
none of the resources were clickable within the PDF e-book. You have to copy and paste the links into your browser and then toggle back and forth
between the e-book and your internet browser to go to the resources mentioned.
All in all, I give this book two thumbs up. It is a great resource for the aspiring and beginning Virtual Assistant. There is even a little
something in there for established VAs.
If you are an aspiring VA or just getting started, I recommend that you get your copy of Virtual Assistant: The Series today. This book comes in
paperback and ebook form.
